Administrative Staff

We are looking for an individual who can do admin responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our institution.

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field and must perform the following but not limited to:


  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and others.
  • Answering and following up phone calls and display excellent persuasion skills.
  • Receiving students, parents, and visitors and provide general support.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Ability to demonstrate good presentation skills.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Assisting with the coordination of student activities and events.
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and others.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for working with new systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Teach  students using effective teaching methods and engaging students in the learning process.
  • Evaluating students’ performance and grading, providing clear assessment criteria that reflect course content and its learning outcomes.
  • Deliver lectures, lead class discussions, and facilitate student learning in assigned courses.
  • Create engaging and effective lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve the teaching quality and methods used.
  • Providing support to students and other colleagues.
  • Ensure consistency in the course syllabus, weekly plan, assessment methods, and course file management.


  • Candidates with a Master’s/PHD degree will be preferred.
  • Relevant undergraduate and graduate teaching experience.
  • Willing to work during weekdays and weekends as and when required.
  • Willing to relocate to the Northern Emirates.
  • Open to all nationalities with good English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
