BSU Cares 2021 – Back to School Campaign

BSU Cares is a charitable group founded and formed by the pioneering student council body of Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK. Every year, the respective student council identifies and plans out the charitable activities it will conduct for the academic year.
This year, together with the leadership of Dr. Niño Decenorio, Senior Vice President – BSU Cares organized a Back to School Campaign for the students of Banwalan Primary School, General Santos City, the Philippines with a student population of a little over 150. The campaign aims to provide its students with a brighter and more equipped school year ahead of them with the donations of stationery supplies such as notebooks, writing materials, books, and other useful materials from BSU’s students, parents, and corporate partners
This year, the campaign was also powered by BSU’s corporate partner CMG Cargo who volunteered and sponsored the shipment of four full cargo boxes! The team of BSU will continue to use the platform to extend blessings to those in need.
