Grievance Resolution Procedure for Students at Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK

Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK is dedicated to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for all our students. To ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed fairly and timely, we have established the Grievance Resolution Procedure for Students.

The procedure includes four steps, starting with informal resolution through speaking with an instructor or program coordinator. Second, if this does not resolve the issue, students may write a formal grievance to the Campus Director. Third, if the response to the formal grievance is unsatisfactory, there is an appeal process through which students may submit a written request to the Chief Executive Officer. Finally, students may seek an external resolution by contacting an appropriate external agency as a final resort.

In addition to this procedure, RAKEZ has established a confidential hotline email address, azhotline@rakez.com, for students to submit issues or concerns. The email address is monitored by RAKEZ, and all submissions will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and consideration as a formal grievance submitted through the above procedure.

We encourage all Bath Spa University Academic Center RAK students to utilize the resources available to address any issues or concerns.
